1. Requirements Overview

Aman Bank’s IT team is facing very import challenges:
 
   Implement new structural systems:
            o Flexcube Core Banking System.
            o SWITCH and Cards Management System.
 
  Set up a new infrastructure.
 
 Improve the service provided to its internal and external clients.
 
 Eliminate operational risk.
 
To face these challenges the IT Department need to be reinforced immediately with 10 critical positions, with different recruitment priorities:

2. IT Department

    1. Project Management Officer

Project Management Officer
Scope
Description
Activities
· Control projects evolution, plan and milestones
· Take the necessary actions to mitigate projects risks
· Articulate with Business Teams, IT teams and Management to ensure timely decisions
· Lead in the coaching and mentoring of colleagues and team members to help achieve expectations and deliverables
· Report to the Management projects evolution and risks
· Prepare and follow annual IT budgets
· Validate requests and purchase invoices and ensure budget are maintained
· Manage resource plans and forecast financial spend against the budget under the direction of the business owner and Program Manager
· Manage day to day communications with the project team and key stakeholders
· Provide regular project status updates to business owner, including immediate escalation of key issues where necessary
Education
· Business Administration or Engineering

· Resolve problems reported by end users for local and wide area networks, personal computers, Network equipment and providers
· Establish and maintains contact with vendors for support and problem resolution

· Network Engineering Education or Unix/Windows SysAdmin
· CCNA/CCNP (Cisco)

· Network Heath Monitoring and analysis (Packet sniffing);
· Routing: Static routing (IP). Dynamic routing(IGP, EIGRP, RIP)
· Switching: STP (Spanning-Tree Protocol); broadcast; unicast; multicast; ARP; Layer-2 Design/understanding
· VPN & Security: ICMP, IPsec; ACL (More experienced AAA/Radius TACACS)
· In-Depth knowledge of TCP/IP addressing and standards including network design, firewall configuration, VLAN’s, remote access, strong authentication, vulnerability scanning, VPN and DMZ management

4. Project Manager (Flexcube)

· Hands on experience in managing multiple end-to-end Flexcube implementation/system integration globally
· Knowledge in Flexcube product and its technical architecture
· PMP certification
· Have proven experience in project planning and budgeting
· Devise effective mitigation and escalation strategies to address project risks and issues
· Lead regular project and program reviews with key stakeholders
· Use standard project management tools and techniques effectively
· Understand Applications throughout their lifecycle;
· Support the organization’s business processes by helping to identify functional needs (business analysis);
· Responsible for leading the Flexcube project in all its threads
· Drive project through project governance methodology and ensure compliance to tollgates
· Create and contribute to key project artefacts and - project plans, budgets, stakeholder communications, resource and time management
· Ensure the correct documentation is being made by their teams (documentation/manuals: Licensing, Configuration, Deployment, Functional Configuration; Testing, Operation; Support Contracts);
· Test and assist user in the process of use acceptance test;
· Negotiate with Suppliers, Review and prepare contracts with the suppliers
